Are the products offered on this site 100% authentic?

DRiPDRoP Supply guarantees the authenticity of every item sold, every item has been check by our experts to ensure that all items are authentic. The item is then affixed with a tamper proof zip tag inscribed with a unique laser cut identification number.

Upon receiving your item you will receive a card stating that this item has been checked and has our guarantee. 

 

What payment methods are accepted?

CREDIT CARDS
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Paypal is also available at checkout.

STORE-CREDIT & GIFT CARDS
Customers may also use store-credit or a gift card to make a purchase. A store-credit or gift card issued by DRiPDROP Supply are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be combined.

BUY NOW, PAY LATER

Customers may also choose to buy now, pay later with interest free instalments which will assist them to make a responsible purchase.

How can I used a gift voucher/promo code?

When you’re ready to checkout and are looking at the items in your cart, click proceed to checkout. You will then have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
Note: Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. E-Gift Cards will receive an email notification with code to use at checkout, Physical Gift Cards will have code provided on the back of card.

 

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-2 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 7-12 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business day please email us at info@dripdropsupply.com.au



I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

DRiPDRoP Supply is both a retail and consignment marketplace.

For retail products, DRiPDRoP Supply does not accept exchanges or returns on 'change of mind’ purchases. However we can assist in exchanges or credit notes regarding incorrect sizing on footwear ONLY. 

For consignment products, these are provided by independent owners. Once an item sells, the owner receives payment for their merchandise. Because of this, we are unable to process returns or exchanges. Therefore all sales are final. However, there are certain circumstances which can warrant a refund.

Where an item is flawed or tarnished (in some-way) resulting in the item being unfit for its purpose, we are able to provide a full refund. (All items are inspected before shipment to ensure world class quality assurance). It's IMPORTANT not to remove the DRiPDRoP Supply security zip tag.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent we will not be able to process a refund unless the item is flawed or tarnished. If the purchase item(s) relate to sneakers, we can offer an exchange for change of size.

 

What happens if my order has been cancelled due to an error or availability?

In the event that a 'sold-out' item has been purchased or, product has been listed at the incorrect price or, an item has been listed with incorrect descriptive information or image due to a typographical error or similar genuine mistake

DRiPDRoP Supply reserves the right to cancel the transaction.

You will be notified you by email as soon as possible and offered either

1) the product to you again at the correct price/and or with the correct information

2) a suitable replacement or

3) a full refund (whichever is most applicable).

If you have been charged for the purchase, DRiPDROP Supply will immediately refund the total amount debited.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelt or auto filled an incorrect address, Please notify us immediately at info@dripdropsupply.com.au [Subject: Urgent Change of Address | Order#].

If notice has been given within 24 hours the address can be easily amended. if your item has been shipped we will assist you with all means practicable to locate and redirect. If applicable, all redirection costs will be at the purchasers expense.

 

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location. The average shipping time is 5-12 business days.
